Register An Account

Before you can place an order with us, you'll need to Register for a Vape Manufacturing customer account. Once you've registered your interest and submitted some basic details about your company, one of our experienced sales team representatives will review your registration and contact you to confirm approval of your account. We advise that Account approvals usually take between 1-2 hours

Place Your Order

To place an order with Vape Manufacturing, Simply add your chosen products to Cart making sure you choose the correct option for each product.

Each product will have the following options 1. Nicotine Strength Options 2. Label Design Options 3. TPD Registration Options [Freebase and Nic Salt options only} Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirming your order . At this stage you will be able to upload any artwork (if you are supplying your own)

Confirm Artwork

All of our products can be ordered with or without label design. Once your order has been placed you can upload your labels on our website, or, if you've chosen for us to design your labels, we will contact you to arrange your design and confirm your proofs. Once your artwork's signed off, we'll get your order into production!

2. Order Options

Before adding the product to cart, you must confirm Product Order Options.

  • Select “No Thanks!” if you have your own labels you will be uploading

3. Place Your Order

Go through the Checkout process and place your order and pay. Once you have paid you will receive an email confirming your order.

1. Submitting Your Label Designs…

– You can upload these to your order for our design team to approve. Follow the link on your email confirmation to upload your artwork.

– Alternatively, after placing your order, you can email your label design file .pdf’s to

(If you can’t see this link you can always view your order in your account Orders page and upload your artwork there)

Make sure to carefully check each SKU flavour and strength and click on the Upload button to individually upload your labels for approval. 

  • You will be able to view what stage of review each label is in either Awaiting approval | Declined (upload new artwork) | Approved
  • If you have any questions as to the status you can call one of our team to answer any questions you might have.
2. Artwork Sign-Off

Once the design team receive your label designs we aim to confirm your artwork via .pdf proofs within 24 hours. Once you have confirmed you are happy with your label proofs (by email) we will proceed with production of your order.

3. Dispatch

Once accounts have confirmed payment for your order AND your artwork has been Signed-Off we will prepare your order and dispatch your product
Vape Manufacturing operates on a 7 day lead time for orders from receipt of payment and artwork approval
